With his passion for construction and advanced knowledge of technology, Anthony has been instrumental in developing and managing programs which allow clients, designers and architects on-line tracking of their construction project’s progress, as well as providing subcontractors and material suppliers the most recent project plans and specifications. The success of these new programs has been well received by clients, professionals, tradesmen and peers, earning Anthony much respect.
From the initial contact with prospective clients, through the bidding process, project changes and management, Anthony works with clients, architects, subcontractors and material suppliers to achieve the client’s project goals, while delivering the most value. Anthony administrates subcontract and material supply awards.
Always aware of protecting the client’s interest, Anthony promotes employee OSHA safety training and requires subcontractor OSHA compliance. With Anthony’s lead abatement training, he is first in making clients aware of any lead abatement issues which might arise.
