Albert’s strong understanding of working relationships between professional tradesmen and material suppliers in the commercial and residential construction industry is instrumental in maintaining project schedules within the criteria of the scope of work to be performed. Al manages projects by working directly with architects, designers, and clients, reviewing project plans, shop drawings and submittals. He prepares material/carpentry labor takeoffs, establishes orders for changes and creates project schedules. Al’s honest, direct approach and ability to get the job done, with the client’s interest at the forefront, has earned the respect of owners and professionals alike.
Al is Delaware Valley Safety and OSHA 30hr Certified. With these certifications, Al has an ever watchful eye on safety first.
