The new build will sit in front of Allied’s existing 42,190 sq. ft. warehouse, providing modern office space to support the company’s growing team and needs. In addition, DeSimone is constructing an accessory pumphouse, a crucial safety feature designed to supply water quickly in the event of a fire, helping protect both people and property.
