In collaboration with the Alterra Property Group, DeSimone recently cleaned up a four-acre contaminated site and converted the 30,000 square foot building on the property for use as an industrial outside storage (IOS) facility. This IOS facility, like others that are in demand with large national industrial customers, has already been leased to Penske Corporation.
