Auto lenders enlisted DeSimone’s services on a new space they leased in Newtown Square. The property when first acquired consisted of three deteriorating buildings with tremendous road frontage and visibility. Over the course of 4.5 months, we transformed the exterior facades to fit the Auto Lenders Brand, and completely renovated the center building interior used for the main sales and service shop at the Newtown Square Dealership.
DeSimone Construction transformed the interior and exterior of this 7,000 square-foot office building into a fourth medical practice for Advocare Arthritis Osteoporosis & Rheumatology Associates (AAORA), run by Dr. Vijay Singh. DeSimone Construction branded the new location to suit Advocare’s other practices in Sewell, Vineland and Mt. Laurel (also built by Desimone Construction). The newly renovated building includes 11 exam rooms, nurse and PA stations, five private offices, and an infusion suite.

In efforts to expand the onsite inventory at its Voorhees locations, Auto Lenders enlisted Desimone’s help to demolish the existing structures on their 3.5-acre property and re-develop the land to provide 200+ new parking spaces for the dealership. The new parking lot, which took three months to finish, was complete with site lighting, landscaping, and storm-water management.
Furthermore, this parking lot helped transform the dealership into a top 2 producing dealership for Auto Lenders.
DeSimone Construction recently completed a full fit-out and renovation project to turn this existing auto dealership into a magnificent Auto Lenders Dealership in Exton, PA! The project scope included a complete interior renovation of the former Otto’s Mini Dealership, with an expanded and upgraded retail showroom, service area, employee break room, sales and managers offices, and conference rooms, all to better suit Auto Lenders’ needs. External renovations included two new building additions and full exterior facade modifications, with exceptional details such as a full glass curtain wall, storefronts with metal span insulated wall panels, new site lights, site parking lot modifications, and custom signage to rebrand the dealership.
Started in September 2019 and completed in February 2020, this project clearly reflects the talents of DeSimone Construction’s creative architects, knowledgeable engineers, and skilled carpenters, and truly demonstrates what makes them “Masters of Every Detail!”
Auto Lenders has been an committed and valuable DeSimone Construction customer. “We’ve valued our relationship with Auto Lenders and were privileged to build their CAL Auto – Hamilton, NJ, and AL GO – Berlin, NJ, offices, and this extensive renovation to the new Exton, PA, dealership location, all in three short years. We are grateful to be a part of the company’s team and look forward to future opportunities to support its continued, exponential growth,” shared Anthony DeSimone.
Auto Lenders recently started a new business called A.L Go for calling private vehicle owners to purchase vehicles. They needed a building for this business and fast. Due to our strong rapport built over several projects, Auto Lenders called DeSimone to complete the task. To expedite the construction process, DeSimone designed a pre-manufactured building, which was completed in 6 months. The 5,000 square feet building includes a conference room, several offices, a kitchen and a lounge area.
The new business venture was incredibly successful mainly due to the pandemic and shortage of new cars. The ability to purchase directly from the consumer helped fill the inventory.
We are now building out a 30,000 square feet corporate office for the A.L Go and Auto Lenders executives in Cherry Hill.
In early 2020, DeSimone Construction completed a 5,000 square feet expansion, design build fit-out, and data system update of this existing US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The USCIS needed this additional space to complete its mission to perform the country’s naturalization and immigration requirements. Our skilled DeSimone team and preferred vendors completed all carpentry, mechanical systems and finishes, as well as the advancements in technology and security systems necessary to keep USCIS Mt. Laurel up-to-date with the GSA and the US governments requirements. Managing this construction and delivering the technology services at the highest level, including data systems, security systems, card access and surveillance systems, makes us the “Masters of Every Detail.”
“This project exemplifies DeSimone Construction’s abilities to provide a full service, design build, and technology driven commercial fit-out. We were selected for the project because of our longstanding working relationship with the property management company that owned the Pennmark Properties complex,” shared Anthony DeSimone. The company offered full design build services for various GSA projects in the complex to include a 20,000 square foot renovation for Department of Homeland Security Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, a 8,500 square foot fit-out for Social Security Administrations and a 6,000 square foot renovation for Citizenship and Immigration Services. DeSimone Construction is working on a second phase to re-develop 6,000 additional square feet of key areas inside the exiting office space throughout the building.
“Working with the team at the GSA and local CIS field office was truly a pleasure. The professionalism amongst the team provided for a smooth process, and our bi-weekly construction conference calls kept the project in budget and on schedule,” shared Anthony DeSimone. This five-month project demonstrates our quality work at competitive pricing and our ability to manage the project from inception to closeout, starting with selecting and providing the architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and IT design services needed.
