We recently moved into our new headquarters at 601 Main Street in Glassboro, NJ, bringing new life to a retired medical office building. With a vision to heighten the space and make it our own, we transformed the property into a modern and functional facility that reflects our culture and design aesthetic.
Of the 13,000 total square foot building, we’re utilizing 8,000 of it as our new home and designating the remaining 5,000 square feet as flexible tenant space. The property includes a spacious 52-spot parking lot, providing ample room for staff, tenants, and visitors.
The building’s main floor features nine executive offices, a state-of-the-art conference room, and sleek glass partitions with privacy film that balances openness with professionalism. The lower level is tailored for supervisors and crew, with six cubicles and an open shared workstation designed for collaboration.
Our conference room, designated a Lutron Ketra-certified showroom, truly sets our headquarters apart. As it’s one of only a few certified showrooms in the region, the conference room offers clients and the community a first-hand view of advanced home or business lighting options.
For years, DeSimone has proudly advocated for Lutron’s Ketra lighting and how its impressive design options transform the atmosphere of a space in an instant. We recognized early on that this innovative approach to lighting has the potential to redefine the way we live and experience our environments. In fact, we highlighted its impact in a stunning indoor and outdoor pool project, which went on to earn us Lutron’s prestigious Judge’s Choice Award in September 2023.
Ketra lighting replicates natural light, enhances art and architectural features with vibrant color, and adapts to the human circadian rhythm to promote wellness, focus, and better sleep cycles. Each light source is individually addressable and wireless, meaning lighting can be rezoned or redesigned without rewiring. It’s long-lasting, customizable, and built to improve both mood and well-being.
