As we close out 2025, we’re proud to share an exciting progress report on Washington Manor, the new 15,000-square-foot home of South Jersey Periodontics & Dental Implants in Washington Township, NJ. What started as vision and careful planning has truly begun to take form, showing that with the right leadership, strategy, partners, and teamwork, amazing things can happen in just one year.
In the spring of 2025, we broke ground on this landmark build, bringing to life a Georgian Colonial-style facility designed to elevate periodontal care, implant dentistry, and professional education in the region. From site grading and foundation work in early summer to major framing milestones later in the year, the project is steadily coming to fruition.
From Groundbreaking to Framing
Following the April groundbreaking, DeSimone crews swiftly advanced through site preparation and foundation work, laying the literal and figurative groundwork for what is to come. By mid-year, vertical construction was underway, allowing the building’s structure to emerge from concept into reality.
As autumn arrived, the framing of both floors clearly showcased Washington Manor’s scale and architectural character. The interior framework revealed future treatment rooms, hallways, and open spaces designed for modern functionality and comfort. Every beam and board represent progress toward a facility that will serve patients and clinicians alike for decades.
Our time-lapse video highlights the activity and partnership on this job, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how the build advanced through the year.
A Facility with Purpose
Washington Manor isn’t just another project, it’s a community-focused institution. Under the leadership of Dr. Dan Kubikian, a Penn Dental faculty member and respected leader in periodontal care, this facility will significantly expand treatment capabilities, patient amenities, and advanced clinical services, including LANAP and All-on-4® dental implants.
In addition to its clinical mission, Washington Manor will have dedicated space for training and symposiums, bringing in dental professionals from across the region for continuing education. This blend of patient care and professional growth embodies the spirit of innovation that drives both DeSimone and our valued client.
Looking Back and Looking Forward
Watching Washington Manor take shape over the course of this year reminds us of a simple truth: with vision, collaboration, and meticulous planning, meaningful transformation is possible. This project reflects what can be achieved when everyone works toward a shared goal.
To our partners, subcontractors, and the broader community, we thank you for your commitment, expertise, and trust. Your contributions are helping to create not just a building, but a place of care, learning, and growth for many years to come.
