When Dr. Vijay Singh contacted DeSimone to oversee the construction of his new Advocare practice in Mt Laurel, the original 6,000 square-foot structure on the property (formerly a construction office) was in severe need of repairs.
DeSimone expanded the structure with two small additions and rebuilt the shell down to the concrete slab and steel framing. Complete with a high end medical fit out to match the brand image of the other Advocare locations in Sewell, Vineland and Voorhees, the new location comprises 10 examination rooms, four private doctor offices, nurse and PA stations, and an infusion suite.
