Over the years, DeSimone has partnered with this client to transform their traditional single story Wenonah residence, through multiple small projects, into a modern contemporary space. We opened up the main floor, built out with a brand new kitchen and butler’s pantry, and upgraded the master suite with crown molding in the bedroom, a new bathroom layout and a custom walk-in closet.
The basement floor now includes an additional full kitchen, a multi-purpose space for both fitness and entertainment, complete with a fireplace and wall-to-wall mirrors, and a home theater with recliner seating, ambient lighting, and surround sound.
Lastly, we turned the backyard into a beautiful outdoor oasis featuring an in-ground pool, hot tub with a fire feature, and a covered outdoor kitchen and bar.
