Construction is well underway on Washington Manor, the future home of South Jersey Periodontics & Dental Implants, a 15,000-square-foot facility that will become the largest periodontal and dental implant practice under one roof in the country. Located on Egg Harbor Road in Washington Township, the new building features a Georgian Colonial design.
Following the April groundbreaking, DeSimone quickly moved into site grading and preparation. Crews are working on the foundation, with concrete work underway to prepare for vertical construction in the coming weeks. This phase marks a major milestone in a project that balances aesthetic detail with high-performance functionality.
With a dedicated floor for training and symposiums, luxury finishes, and advanced clinical spaces, the new facility will elevate care for patients across the Delaware Valley and beyond. DeSimone is proud to partner with Dr. Kubikian and his team to bring this vision to life.
