DeSimone fit out this 9,500 square-foot space (purchased in a 30,000 sq ft, two-story building) into a medical office for Rheumatology Care Specialist. The renovated space includes 14 exam rooms, an infusion suite, two nurses stations and four private offices. DeSimone completed this project in 4.5 months.
