We reimagined a retired 13,000-square-foot medical office building into our new headquarters while creating space for a commercial tenant. Rather than constructing a new facility, we transformed the property into a modern commercial destination that now serves our company, our tenant, Back Nine Golf, and the surrounding community.
DeSimone occupies approximately 8,000 square feet of the building, featuring thoughtfully designed offices, meeting spaces, and a state-of-the-art conference room showcasing Lutron Ketra lighting technology.
The remaining 5,000 square feet was intentionally designed as commercial tenant space, creating an opportunity for another business to become part of the revitalized property. That vision came to life with the arrival of Back Nine Golf, an upscale indoor golf simulator and entertainment venue that has become a destination for golfers, corporate outings, leagues, private events, and social gatherings.
Back Nine Golf features four cutting-edge Full Swing Golf Simulator bays, comfortable lounge areas, and a bring-your-own food and beverage concept that creates a relaxed and welcoming experience. The Full Swing technology is among the industry's most advanced golf simulation systems and is endorsed by Tiger Woods.
The project demonstrates how thoughtful commercial redevelopment can breathe new life into an existing property while creating opportunities for new businesses and contributing to the vitality of the surrounding community.
