Construction continues on Washington Manor, the new 15,000-square-foot home of South Jersey Periodontics and Dental Implants in Washington Township, NJ. Since breaking ground in April, the two-story facility is steadily coming together, giving those who saw the renderings a real sense of the building’s scale and design.
Framing is now well underway, with the structure of both floors clearly taking shape. The photo captures the interior framework, showcasing the layout of future treatment rooms, hallways, and open spaces that will provide a modern, efficient environment for patients and staff alike.

Under the leadership of Dr. Kubikian, a Penn Dental faculty member and sought-after lecturer, Washington Manor will advance periodontal care and implant dentistry with treatments such as LANAP, All-on-4® dental implants, and state-of-the-art digital dentistry including 3D printed teeth. The facility will also serve as a teaching and symposium space, welcoming dental professionals from across the region for continuing education. The expanded space will nearly triple the size of the current practice, increasing operatories, parking, and amenities for patients and staff alike.

Beyond its clinical and educational mission, Washington Manor reflects American innovation and entrepreneurship. With luxury finishes, advanced clinical spaces, and thoughtful design for both patients and staff, the project is set to enhance the character of South Jersey while elevating care for patients across the Delaware Valley and beyond. DeSimone is proud to partner with Dr. Kubikian and his team as the vision takes shape.
