DeSimone Construction recently completed a full fit-out and renovation project to turn this existing auto dealership into a magnificent Auto Lenders Dealership in Exton, PA! The project scope included a complete interior renovation of the former Otto’s Mini Dealership, with an expanded and upgraded retail showroom, service area, employee break room, sales and managers offices, and conference rooms, all to better suit Auto Lenders’ needs. External renovations included two new building additions and full exterior facade modifications, with exceptional details such as a full glass curtain wall, storefronts with metal span insulated wall panels, new site lights, site parking lot modifications, and custom signage to rebrand the dealership.

We are grateful to be a part of the company’s team and look forward to future opportunities to support its continued, exponential growth,” shared Anthony DeSimone.
DeSimone Construction served as construction manager for this recently completed interior renovation project in Logan Township, NJ. This project’s quality work, transitional design, functional layout, and superior workmanship at a valuable cost, clearly showcases why we are:
Masters of Every Detail
Started in August of last year, the expansive project scope included a revamped basement and the redesign of the entire first and second floors of this private residence. The client purchased the home, which boasts great bones, a timeless brick exterior and beautiful back yard oasis, but the traditional interior design, a poorly designed master bathroom/closet, and an awkward kitchen and family room layout clashed with the client’s taste or needs of their young family of five.
The client chose DeSimone to guide them through the process of selecting their project architect, redesigning and transforming key spaces such as the mud room, laundry room, kitchen and family room, installing major structural components to completely open the family room and kitchen, to create one spectacular living space. We, along with our team of preferred vendors, completely gutted the interior to the studs and updated it down to all the interior finishes.
“The client put their trust in us from the very beginning. We assisted in meetings with the architectural team to ensure a value driven design that would stay within the owner’s budget but also meet their expectations. We performed a full competitive bid process and selected the qualified vendor team to execute the project from permit application through to the final certificate of occupancy,” shared Anthony DeSimone. “We value the family’s trust in our DeSimone process and are proud to have been a part of making their dream home a reality.”
